Can I book online?

Yes. We offer instant booking for some of our home properties with our "Reserve Now" feature. While we don't offer instant online booking for each property just yet, sending an inquiry online begins a personalized reservation process with one of our agents to ensure the perfect property for you.

What defines a Dolce Vacation Short Term Rental Property?

Our properties are filtered and screened to provide our guests with the most exclusive type of comfort available when visiting the sunny beaches of Miami.

Do I have to pay a security deposit, and if so, when do I get it back?

Yes, for all reservations we require a security deposit against potential property damage. Security deposit amounts vary by property. Upon check in, a representative will collect your credit card information and place a temporary hold on the card. This hold is removed after check out, provided all is in good conditions.

Do I have to sign a rental contract?

Yes, we require a rental contract to be signed before or during every check in. The exact contents of the contract vary per property due to local laws, and your reservation agent can answer any specific questions you might have.

What payment methods Dolce Vacation Short Term Rentals accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and Paypal. The payment process varies by property, but generally an Initial Deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 15 days prior to your arrival.

What basic amenities are provided in your properties?

All properties are stocked with fresh linens, towels, and L’Occitane products. Dolce Vacation Short Term Rentals also provides gift baskets for guest check ins, and our Guest Experience team is available to help you with any of your additional needs.

How do I get the keys upon arrival?

A representative will personally greet you at the property to give you the keys, as well as show you around the property, get you oriented in the city, and answer any questions or requests you might have. We'll also provide a phone number you can call when you are on the way.

What is the check-out process?

A representative will personally meet you upon check out to review the property, receive the keys, and send you safely on your way.

Do you offer Concierge service? If so, what's included?

Yes, we absolutely offer concierge services. Unlike most homes on short term rental channels, we carry out any special request you may have. We provide crib rentals, comfortable inflatable beds, airport transfer requests, and much more. We also have a multilingual team readily available to book your vacation activities, doing everything in our power to make your stay with us all that much more enjoyable.

Does the Concierge have an extra cost?

No, the concierge service we provide is included in your booking. The only things you'll pay for are the actual activities or events we book for you. (for example: car rentals, boat rentals, helicopter tours)

Who do we contact if there are any issues during a stay?

Our Guest Experience team will provide you with a phone number, email address and cell phone number where they can be reached throughout your stay. You will also receive an e-mail/text with a welcome letter that will enable you to send messages straight to our operations management system for any occurrences during your stay.

Do I have to rent my property exclusively with Dolce Vacation Short Term Rentals?

No, we offer several options for our owners, ranging from full management of the property (cleaning, maintenance, bill pay, calendars) to simply acting as a streamline booking agent with various channel outlets.

What services does Dolce Vacation Short Term Rentals provide for property owners?

Our services include all of the property management spectrum: Monthly inspections, Mail and Key Management, 24/7 Emergency services, HOA Relationship Management, Collection and Record Keeping for your tax purposes.
